RELATE NORTHAMPTONSHIRE GOES FROM STRENGTH TO STRENGTH

Relate Northamptonshire had its busiest year in its history last year, delivering 7,725 counselling hours throughout the county. It worked with 1,795 clients directly and indirectly 5,539 children were involved with the service.

The charity based in Hazelwood Road, Northampton has numerous counselling services working with adults, couples, families and children.

From the 15th September it will now also offer mediation services, having taken over the Northamptonshire Family Mediation Service.

Sharon Muldoon, Director, said "This is an exciting time for Relate. We help families and individuals across the county during times of conflict, stress or struggle. The inclusion of mediation services will mean that we can provide a one-stop service to those clients who come to Relate and choose to separate. It is our intention to grow the mediation service into new areas working with the community.
